 Eine Quarzuhr ist eine Uhr, deren Taktgeber kein mechanisches Pendel, sondern ein elektronischer Quarzoszillator ist, dessen Frequenz mit Hilfe eines Schwingquarzes besonders genau eingehalten wird. Die Stromversorgung erfolgt mittels eine Batterie (Lebensdauer ca. 1 Jahr)

Ich bin sehr zufrieden mit dem Uhr. Da so ähnliches hatte ich auch in Indien zu Hause, wollte ich unbedingt bei mir hier in Deutschland auch haben :) Der Uhr sieht super schön aus und was ich richtig toll finde ist, dass man die Lautstärke von der Cuckoo auch reduzieren kann oder auch ganz leise machen. Plus der Cuckoo ist automatisch leise wenn das Raum total dunkel ist. Um zusammenzufassen würde ich sagen, dass ich den Uhr für den Preis auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen würde :)
