Die Uhr muss auch noch ausschließlich mechanisch arbeiten und auch die Einzelteile müssen im Schwarzwald hergestellt worden sein. hi many thanks for item l bought for l was first worried about the travel and being damage and sending it back etc but when arrived and opened it was amassed by craftsmanship and intact and now the new owner is really made up with it like l was and up and running and making good time and would recommend to any one and well worth the price l paid

I was in your store back in October while visiting family in Winzeln. I bought a small clock which I chose to have shipped to my home in Canada. Since then I have grown to really appreciate these fine works of art and have done much research about them. So this recent purchase is the start of my collection and hopefully I will add more in the future. The clock arrived in perfect condition except that the cuckoo bird was stuck in the open position and wouldn\'t stop calling. The problem was the gong wire was to high and therefore tripped up the striker. I lowered the wire gong and all was good. All in all I\'m quite pleased with your service and would definitely deal with you folks again.
