Danke für Ihren ausgezeichneten Service! Dass die Lieferung sogar nach Rumänien so schnell u. reibungslos gelaufen ist finde ich super. Noch mehr beeindruckt war ich von der schönen u. vor allem sorgfältigen Verarbeitung der Uhr. Mein Vater fand sein Geburtstagsgeschenk auch ganz wunderbar!

When i received the clock the clock mechanism was loose, we put the clock up and it stopped working a few hours later, when I tried to move the dial on the clock it fell off, my husband has since glued the mechanism back on as we could see where it had been previously glued, it now works, I am also surprised that there is no guarantee with the clock
