The Hermle table clock combines a striking, cubic design with the finest mechanical precision. Below the transparent glass dome, the artfully crafted movement takes center stage. A particular highlight is the newly developed, gold-plated tourbillon. With its elegant motion, it appears to float weightlessly at the center of the movement, allowing the viewer to experience the art of traditional watchmaking firsthand. The tourbillon features 11 ruby bearings and runs on a miniature precision ball bearing. An additional 8 bronze bearings support the gear train and ensure exceptional durability. The proven Hermle W0352 caliber offers a power reserve of over 8 days with a rate accuracy of approximately 5 seconds per day. The time is displayed by classic Breguet hands on a guilloché dial with Roman numerals. A polished seconds ring frames the floating tourbillon. The Hermle chime, featuring the Westminster melody at quarter-hour intervals and an hourly chime, provides the characteristic sound. The automatic night-time silence function offers additional convenience. High-gloss polished movement plates, bells, and feet—protected by an electroplated finish—round out the high-quality craftsmanship. An extraordinary timepiece that impressively combines purist design, fascinating mechanics, and traditional Hermle clockmaking artistry.
