| All grandfather clocks are delivered by spedition. For deliveries within Germany alternatively our own delivery service can be booked.In this case the clock is delivered by our own truck, the clock is set up and all functions of the mechanism are explained to you. This service will cost {ebleliefert} and it can be booked at the end of your order proceedings. Please note that in this case the delivery time will take about 4-8 weeks more *** price to the nearest international airport. | |
| Payment and dispatch The following terms and conditions apply: Dispatch conditions The products are delivered all over the world. Dispatch costs (inclusive of legally applicable VAT) Deliveries within Germany: We charge lump sum shipping costs of 4,95 € per order. From a order value of 100.00 € onwards, we deliver shipments free of cost. If the dispatch involves bulky goods (freight forwarding), we calculate as follows: Großuhren mit einem Höchstmaß größer 1,10 Meter werden ohne Zuschläge per Spedition geliefert Bulky goods are marked as such in the item description. Deliveries to foreign countries: We charge shipping costs for deliveries to foreign countries on the basis of the order value (gross product value): Switzerland: Value under 100 € = 12,56 € value more than 100 € = 5,84 € Norway: Value under 100 € = 12,56 € Value more than 100 € = 5,84 € EU: Value under 100 € = 14,95 € Value more than 100 € = 6,95 € Rest of the world: 49 EUR for one article +10 EUR each additional article If the dispatch to foreign countries involves bulky goods (freight forwarding), we calculate as follows: Grandfather clocks will be dispatched by a forwarding agency- Within Germany: Free of charge Europe: EUR 160,00 Switzerland or Norway: EUR 134,45 Rest of the world: EUR 410,00 Bulky goods are marked as such in the item description. Delivery periods Unless any other period is specified in the item description, the product is delivered in Germany within 3-5 days, in case of foreign deliveries, within 5-20 days after the order confirmation (in case an advance payment has been agreed upon, after the payment authorisation). Please note that deliveries are not made on Sundays and other holidays. If you have ordered articles with different delivery dates, we send the articles together in one delivery if no other agreement has been made. The delivery date for the complete order will be the same as that of the article with the longest delivery time. In case of self-collection, we will inform you by email once the product is ready, along with the collection options.
