Terms of payment
The following conditions apply:
The goods are delivered worldwide.
Shipping costs (including statutory value added tax)
Domestic deliveries (Germany):
Standard shipping:
We charge a flat rate of € 4.95 per order.
From an order value of € 100.00 we deliver free of charge.
Express shipping:
We charge an additional EUR 9.95 for express shipping
Deliveries abroad:
We calculate the shipping costs abroad according to the order value (gross value of goods):
Switzerland:
Value of goods under €100=€12.56
Value of goods over €100=€5.84
Europe (excluding Switzerland):
Value of goods under €100=€14.95
Value of goods from 100 €=6,95 €
Rest of the world:
49 EUR for one item
+10 EUR for each additional item
When shipping bulky goods (forwarding) abroad, we charge as follows:
Grandfather clocks are shipped by forwarding
Switzerland: EUR 134.45
Europe: EUR 160.00
Worldwide: EUR 410.00
Bulky goods are labelled as such in the item description.
Delivery periods
Unless otherwise stated in the respective offer, the goods will be delivered in Germany within 3-5 days, for deliveries abroad within 5-20 days after conclusion of the contract (in case of agreed advance payment after the time of your payment instruction).
Please note that no delivery will be made on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, the goods will be dispatched in a single consignment unless we have agreed otherwise with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.
If you collect the goods yourself, we will inform you by e-mail when the goods are ready and when you can collect them. In this case, no shipping costs will be charged.

Further details on payment
The invoice amount must be settled within 14 days when paying by invoice.
If paying by credit card, your credit card account will be debited upon conclusion of the contract.
