Miniature pendulum clocks are very popular souvenirs from the Black Forest. Their good price combined with traditional craftsmanship speak for itself. The clockworks are driven by a small battery (Mignon LR6), which makes these clocks very easy and comfortable to handle, because one mustn't care about winding up regularly. The battery usually works for one to two years, according to the quality!

The clocks on this site does have a quartz mechanism with a cuckoo or Westminster sound which is chooseable with a little lever. It is also possible to shut off the sound completely.
