Its wide, horizontal lug, which was typical of the time, was perfectly integrated into the flat, tonneau-shaped case. A few years later, Tissot registered the name PRX.''PR'' stands for ''precise'' and ''robust''. In 2021 Tissot presented the PRX 40 205, the numbers quoting the product number that the watch carried at the time. It's a modern take on the previous model. The 316L stainless steel case of the Tissot PRX 40 205 has a diameter of 40 mm. It has a slight tonneau shape and is adorned with a narrow, round bezel. On the sides, vertically brushed, rounded finishes alternate with polished facets.
